Allopass (formerly HiPay Mobile) is a micro payment solution that has been in existence since 2001 and was acquired by HiMedia Group in 2006.
Then, this micro payment solution was renamed HiPay Mobile in 2014.

They can access your paid content, buy your e-books, ... by simply calling a premium-rate number (provided by HiPay Mobile) or by sending a SMS to a premium rate number.
Then, they will receive an unique code that they must indicate on your site to have access to the protected content thanks to the HiPay Mobile script.
